This really annoys me, why is this:

And I cant even sell my 1,443 Seeker Bolts [13x1] (+1) there because they are below $5,000 value. Can't it be changed so rares can always be sold?

market value of seekers is low

so yes, rares can always be sold but seekers aren't rare

The base whip must be something of a commodity these days! Quick, run to the store and camp!

I'm also a little confused about this 5k minimum. I have a Compound Bow [5x6] (+6) which I cannot auction even though it's net worth is 50K+.

Can anyone explain why it's not possible to auction this item?

I did unequip it, and to make sure it wasn't all items, I unequipped another item and began (but didn't complete) attempting to auction it.

I purchased the bow on the black market, is there a restriction to prevent users from buying black market items and flipping them quickly for a large profit?
