So, lesser tattoos are officially not rare anymore then? Nice change, makes the rare only page a lot easier to read.

great change. It's very nice having the tat's and armor seperate when viewing rare auctions only.

Well, lesser tattoos still show up on the store purchase log when you have "rares only" checked off.
I guess they're the kind of thing you would grab in the store, but wouldn't care enough to watch for in the auctions.
