im gonna forge my +25 ms instead to plus 26 and he is going to give me his ms and 75% the nw differece which is aproximatly 350000 left to pay

he has requested that i send overr mine as soon ass it is done when i am done i will send it over when he seends the payment due
then when the loan for his is up he will seend it over permenently
