I was looking through that tattoo artists polls to make sur noone suggested my exact idea. Ok i think that u should be able to change a lesser into a great but the would be a cost of like 500k and u would lose 20%-25% of its lvl. But the only way to change it would be to change it to a tat of the same u couldnt change a LToF into a ToE it would be a ToF when u change it then spend another 200k to make it a ToE.

Of course I could just spend 50K, change it before it's made into a greater, and save myself 450K...
