Suggestion: Decreasing Tattoo Spawn Rate (in General)

With the tattoo artist in play, each CB player really only needs 1 tattoo. Players with tattoos will never unequip their old one, and find reason to buy a new one, unless its for a higher level tattoo.
The tattoo artist turned every tattoo out there into 'uber' status, meaning there is no better item in its class.
This drops the demand for new tattoos to a near zero.
So yeah.. there will be too many tattoos out here soon.

kinda demeans the idea of a lesser tattoo if you can buy a full one after saving up for a couple days.

did you even bother checking the tattoo spawn rate vs player growth before posting this?

There are well over 1000 tattoos in this game right now. Over 600 are JiGs. There is no such thing as a rare Tattoo--just big ones and small ones. ToAs and ToEs were flooded into the market to create more balance, but they were still valued higher. The Tattoo Artist destroyed the individual value of any tattoo. What I realize now is that when all those ToAs and ToEs were put on the market, a lot of maoney came out of the game, and then those same tattoos immediately deflated in value. That was a little bit of a dirty trick, but one that can be repeated in different variations to stem inflation and keep us all on our toes. That's what I like about this game :). Well done Jon.
