bug of some sort (in Public Record)

when the server went down the other day I had a TOA in auction which came back I have it back in auctions and this morning the $$$ from the 1st auction of it appeared in my account. will this problem be corrected automaticaly or should I just send the cash back. I am not sure if the buyer got a TOA out of the deal or not. will an admin please let me know

you need to send his money back.
