Optional un-equipping fee? (in General)

Can we get an optional un-equipping fee on tattoos? maybe pay the nw you would lose un-equipping it in cash rather than losing 1% of your level? cause seriously, losing 1% sucks, and cash is easier to get back than levels. When the warning box comes up you can have a "or pay $###### to keep your levels."

1% is pretty low. it's not going lower.
