Duke//Will loan (in Public Record)

Duke is borrowing 1.5 mil over 3 weeks with a base interest rate of 22.5%.

1.5 * 1.225 = 1.8375

1,837,500 / 21 days = $87,500 per day


(if payment is not met then 2% per day will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the 3 week limit).
If either party is unable to fulfill their end of this deal before the money is sent then a 75k fee will be levied.
This loan will start and i will send the money when duke informs me that some EGs have spawned from the BM. :)

a bottom level is set at 1.2 million

*the amount being loaned might change, (going up or down) but a minimum of 1.2 mil will be loaned.
