I have fought people who were using three minions in one battle and I want to know how to do that.

On the train page, click hire another minion. It will cost you some money, but that's how you get more.

Though it should be stated that more minions is not necessarily advantageous. I'd advise talking with people in chat to help you along with your strategy. There are many people who are willing to help. ;D
