I don't know if I am putting this in the right forum but what happens to the exp of a minion when you fire them???

You lose it. And your score drops.

Sorry that was so brief and blunt - my boss was coming to my desk.....=)
You lose it all if you fire that minion - which is why if you try to fire you get asked several times if you are sure.
