TAT BEST TAT???? (in General)

Ok I am interested in what the big dogs who play allot and know allot about the game think about what the best tat is... I ain't the bests in grammar so I hope you understand what I am asking...

What is the best tat in your opinion?

It depends entirely upon the circumstances sir... :p

I beg to differ. ToE is categorically more unbalanced than the rest and is *the* tattoo in almost any situation. :D

few minions should more likely aim for ToE/ToA, many minions without AS for ToJ, many minions with AS, ToJ/ToF/ToI/ToS

That's just a quick guide, with lots of exceptions

note.. ToE would probably be a very bad choice for f.ex my team

Let's see.
ToE for single mage/tank
ToA for single tank.
ToJ for anytime/anywhere.
ToI, ToS, and ToF are either good for doing extra damage or for when a blocking minion is needed.

What you are doing with Parasite is quite fine. A ToJ would work well.
