Anyway, im torn between what to do with my char "The Brak Show". As ranger has pointed out, Single Tanks are a bit underpowered ATM. I can't decide whether or not to switch over to a SMToE team. I mean, I could sale my tank gear and weapons for some mage gear. So i ask you, faithful members of CB, What should I do? :p

hire an enchanter, put AMF and a ToJ on it, and help your tank hide ; )

id say single anything is not the way to go...sure single mages are all the rage now, but thats not what u should aim for. u seem to be well off, if i were you, i would get another minion. i see 3-4 minion teams ruling this game with the tats out there, and eventually single minion teams will fall behind from the lack of exp...maybe get another minion that only has an amf, or do what im gonna do, haste ga minion and a hp st tank with a tat.

i think toes are going to be nerfed...so keep your strat the way it is and wait until change month passes

Single heavy tank with CoBF and mage shield is working quite nicely for me at the moment. Shame I can't afford to own the gear though. God bless rentals!

However, the mage shield, while blocking quite a decent amount of DD damage doesn't have the advantage of AMF's backfire damage. With the CoBF though it makes you pretty much invulnerable to fireball.

I'd stick with it. If it's hard going later on you could always a couple of enchanters and a mage and go EETM. That's a good all-rounder, and if you wait until your tank is larger - say 100kpr - you should see some good results...
