Ok I am confused.
On April 21 I went to the forge and found the NW of my katana x1 +10 and made a post in FS/WTB. Since that point I have neither sold,loaned, or rented the sword.
ITS GONE.
Has anyone had this happen to them?
Is there anything that can be done about it? :(

check the dates. I sold that sword on April 15 and posted the other on April 21. I am not really looking for a replacement but just an explanation I hope? Either that or I am completely senile.

Ok the mind is slipping. I am still wondering which personality found a nw for the sword I dont have :/

in your total log you had 2 katana's. 1 was sold the other is on your character FatCat. Other than that your logs don't show you ever owning a 3rd one of that low a stats. Sorry.

The sword I sold is the one I was referring to. I am just having one of those days / weeks it seems.

Possible explanation... (I think)
Katana in forge on 15th or before.
You sell it.
On 21st return to forge (cached page) and Katana still shows as being there. It's not actually there as you would see if you tried to do something with it - it's just cached.
Reload another item into forge and I suspect all will be well.
