Melris forging my axbow (in Public Record)

Melris is going to take my x1+2 axbow up some points.
(I do not know the NW of it, but I set it equal to 0 atm).
I will pay 75% of NW increase.
Forging will start at 10 pm EDT tomorrow, and he is free to put so much NW he can into it, until the 2nd of may.
I will pay for each 500k he adds.

And.. I only want forging on x up to maximum x36, and then I want to think about how to put points
