As some of you know tribute is holding a contest to determine who to give his character to who will leave the best legacy. Unfortunately, I was unable to be on the computer during the weekend of collecting the votes as I was out helping my dad build our fence. I was hoping to use the character to help all the newer players get used to cb, and give them something to strat them out with
maybe some strategy advice, some free weps and armor, maybe forge a little for them so they can get an edge up and loan to them interest free so they can get that super wep that they have been eyeing and not be in a huge whole when its finished. I want to give them the ability to make some tiny mistakes so they learn, without the huge penalties in money and time that we all had to go through. I remember when I got on this game, people were friendly and gave me some equipment, none of it good by long term standards, but something so that my character wasnt naked. At 1-100 pr, we all know how effective even 15 ac is. Even anything i got that was better then a whip I appreciated because it meant I was better. That feeling that those people had when I doubled my most powerful blow, or got hit for 0 damage must have been great. If I could get his character, I could make my goal a reality, and I could finally help the newer players, without worrying so much as to whats happening in my game. Id also have extra funds to immediately get the ball going and start putting it back into the community we all love. I dont think its too late. I think that if I can get enough votes, Tribute will forgive my tardiness in light of the fact that I can make his legacy live on the best, and who knows, maybe when he comes back, ill still be handing out advice and freebies in his name, thanking him for finally giving me the ability of handing back to the community what they gave me when I started
