bump to keep on my recent list

bump for my recent messages list. Due date is May 9 (relevant since I'm repaying Ranger a mil with some of these funds)

Slurpz is providing partial payment with items. List below is to estimate the value relative to the 3 mil outstanding debt. I've assumed the ToA goes for 2/3 of NW and that base BG are worth a mil.

Under discussion also is a late fee. At the time of the loan I was seeing a 2 week interest free loan, then 10% on the balance compounded weekly - it would imply $300k in interest on the 3 mil outstanding balance

Brings my estimate to $265k short + $300k interest = $565k outstanding.

Belegs in auction - if they sell for more, market value will be revised.

OK - BG sold for $1.4 mil - face value of debt is even. Only outstanding is the late fee which was not negotiated beforehand (more of a sign of good faith).

BG and ToA sold well in auctions - debt considered fully settled. Thread closed.
