Am i crazy or are loads of low level melee weapons (eg. rapiers, daggers etc.) apearing in the store with very impressive (for that particular weapon) to hits and x... on them.
Is this normal?

From the Help page:
... Stores can have generated bonuses up to 9. (Weapon damage with a bonus of 9 will read x10.) Past that you'll have to go to the blacksmith, who charges a premium.
So it must be the result of a lot of weapon sales back to the store.
I'm pretty sure I've seen x11 quite a few times
