many multis, much refreshing, often unpg in chat and chars as you can see, several warnings from me during the week, basically a real moron.

He has gotten several CMs about refreshing from me and earlier in the week he said he didn't refresh and was a browser issue I think... anyways said he didn't refresh and sadly I /cleared his other statements of stupidity.
