*Tuesday Night Trivia* (in Contests)

"A weekly night of challenge and fun!" -Klinik

Some of you may remember back in January when Klinik was doing this. Well, now that he left, I'm taking over! I already talked to him about this, and he says its completely ok with him. Those of you who don't, its basically a general knowledge trivia game where you can possible win lots of money! Rules are below.

Official Rules:

- Anybody can play, veterans or newbies! This game has nothing to do with you score, PR, net worth, etc. or even whether I know who you are or not.

- Will be run Tuesday nights, starting around 8:15 pm server time, type '/join Trivia' to get there

- I will ask 10 questions, answers will be in PM only. Chat is for discussion among players, and for posting questions/answers/winners.

- First correct answer gets 2 points, second correct answer gets 1 point

- 60 second time limit...if only one person answers correctly
before the 60 seconds are up, he/she gets 3 points. If nobody answers, nobody gets any points (obviously ;-)

- After the 5th question, I will announce the scores up to that point.

- After all 10 questions are done with, the person with the most points wins the entire pot (all entry fees) minus any transfer fees.

- Tie-breaker will be a CB related question

- Cost is $1,000 to play, send money to "Trivia II"

- Anybody is welcome to just watch, if you don't want to actually play. You don't have to pay to watch.

- If I feel you are being disruptive or obnoxious, I will kick you out.

- I am logging chat, public and private, incase anybody has any questions later, or just to read some funny answers people give me :P

- Also, if I leave at any time during Trivia unannounced, it means my chat has frozen :P I'll just be back in a couple minutes. So, if this happens, I need somebody responsible to give me my ops back when I return. Thanks in advance :-)

- If any time I do not start it at 8:15, most likely I will start it a little later. The latest I will start it will be 8:45, otherwise I'll just skip it and wait until next week.

Sorry guys I couldn't get on the computer yesterday :-S but don't forget next next week!

I'm fully willing to do that, its just that I didn't want to start it so suddenly and unannounced. If I were somebody else, I think I'd want to know ahead of time when it would be running. But I guess if enough people were willing to play right now or tomorrow, then I would definitely do it. : )

popularity is dwindling.....is it because you guys don't like trivia, or am i doing it at a bad time?

Ok, here's an idea. Anybody who *wants* to play trivia, post here a good time I should run it, so you can play. I'll try to do it at a better time so more of you can play. It would be really helpful if you would give me a day, and a range of hours (in server time).

Hopefully I will be running Trivia again next week! (I haven't ran it for over a month, now, but a couple weeks it was my fault because I forgot :^S )

I need at least two people to play each week, but its more fun with more. If I _still_ can't get enough people to play, i will be forced to quit this :^(

P.S.
I can't run it anytime between 11 pm and 11 am (server time) on weekends, 11 pm and 5 pm (server time) during the week

Can i have my money back? Im not usually able to get on then now and your reliability is in question with me

It really doesn't help that 8:15pm server time is at least 1am for us here in Europe (If anyone wanted to join in)
Middle of the day is usually best for all where no matter where you are it will most likely be an acceptable hour.

Anytime Monday (after 2:30am) or Tuesday is good for me if im in the neighborhood of my comp. It's a desktop. I guess I could pimp my ride and just say "anytime other than never", but then I work so that wrecks my ride idea.
