Advice on getting a ToS (in General)

Hi guys,

Recently bought this character and sold the ToJ that came with it. Thinking of getting a ToS. The stats are as follows:

Should I get a ToS with a level 1/3 of my PR or one that is close to the MM level of my minion?

Get the biggest one you can. Those big DD tattooes really pack a punch.

I don't want the ToS to be too big and mess up my stats.

Make his level right below or at your MPR, that usually works well
