Evo is purchasing my Corn for 2.5 mil and paying 400k down. He has as long as he wants to pay it back, but will accumulate 10% interest calculated on Tuesdays on the outstanding balance.
Original Price: 2,500,000
Amount Down: 400,000
New Price: 2,100,000 + 210,000 = 2,310,00
Confirm and send down payment.
I didn't agree on Interest added right away. If you remove it I'll then Confirm.
