I have a question about Cloak of Balrog Flames: They give splashback right? Just how much splashback do they give and how can i find out how much and how it works?

Mine is at +18 and splashes my tank and it's about 2-3k a round (hurts opponent for ~40k)

I can tell you the damage is greatly mitigated by having a ToE and Protection.
