Does a tattoo decrease the experience across all minions or just the one it's equipped on? Thanks.

It doesn't decrease XP at all.
*and it doesn't decrease the amount of XP received in battle either, if thats what u meant
hmm i thought it was like an added minion so if you had 4 minions adding a tattoo spread the experience over an effective 5 minions now.
