I remember the Central Bank having over $100M in it. It now has $43,498,022 . What happed to the other 60M?

Nope, it got to spend on reimburse all of the HoI from the latest changes. Also, HoD rescale I got like 300K back. Other items are in the same situation.
had close to 150M, and it paid for the removed items recently
