What are YOU doing with your excess equipment that you can't use anymore because its too restrictive to use or adds too much NW? Rentals? Auctions? I'm not sure which to use, because my farms were all using equipment that is too big for them. I suppose mage farms were the only ones who got off scott free from the changes. What was once before only "another" method of creating a farm, is now completely unworkable.
In order to start out with a new char, you need new equipment. If you've got expensive armor, and nobody else can wear it because it changes their PR too much, what is the point of having that armor even in the game? I suggest that, because this change has really changed CB alot and taken it in a different direction, I think Jon should allow us (somehow) to remove NW from our items in exchange for a limited amount of return value from them.
The reason I say this is that there are only so many people "at the top" that can use all the elite uber items that exist, or WILL exist in the game in the future. If lots of people were to try to insta-down their weapons, there simply wouldn't be any way for this to happen.
