It's been 48 hours and Barron says he still can't use the forum. To quote:

Can he just chatmail a full admin?
I asked Saint why i could not chatmail. Jon made it so when you are 48ed you cannot chatmail because some party pooper that got 48ed kept harassing admins/chat ops

I guess I could have changed it to 1! (month) or 30! (days) which would have been more accurate
but 48! has such a long and storied tradition...
or 720! (number of hours in the 30 day name change period)
