Tattoo,Pr,Nw,Armors, Pr related stuff here. (in General)

A little discovery today, adding armor decreases tats pr increase to the character.

Example, well this is what happened to me.

Stripped all my armor from minions, checked my mpr (pr same thing without having gear on)

Added the tattoo, pr jumped 105k, added my armor gear, jumped to 360k pr basically. Now, theoretically if i take off the tattoo, pr should decrease by 105k right?

Answer:Wrong, it only drops 75k.

So conclusion, adding nw into armor semi decreases pr that is given by the tattoo.

Don't know if this is a bug or not,perhaps weapons involved into all this also work but for sure, armor works on this.

Wrong. I already figured this out. The more NW with you have, the less that in increases your pr.

So, if you put on all your armor, note the increase, then take it off, add your tattoo, when you add your armor, your pr will increase less.
