Protection Data Thread (again) (in General)

So far, the highest level reached has been 89,014 (23), and this new graph reflects that data point:

At this point, protection reaches a level of diminishing returns. I predict the next data point will be around 105,000 (24).

As usual, new data points for low level effects, especially (7) and (13) are requested. The best data points are at the lowest possible level that still gets the effect in parentheses.
