Lesser tats should be nerfed. Get rid of 'em!
Look at all the lower-end melee weapons, they still exist. So what are the chances lesser tattoos will get removed?
Plus, you didn't even give a reason why you want them removed...
Not every newbie can afford a $200,000 full tattoo.
