VA Resurrection bug? (in General)

The pic on my portrait shows all, the fight was against the character 'The Extras'. Both myself and the extras has VA weapons and enchantment. The mage that stands behind the Tank on his team gets killed first, which doesn't make sense.

It looks to me like the tank 'Orphan Blood' keeps on coming back to life in each round, I do plenty of damage to kill him outright but it doesn't happen.

Just fought him again, this time the tank gets killed, the mage gets targeted, and then the tank goes back to being targeted:

From help files under battles: all Minions are considered to attack simultaneously

During the rounds in question you are actually killing Orphan Blood. But since all minions are attacking simultaneously he still gets a chance to attack and reap the benefits of his VA. Never actually seen VA work this way, but it doesn't look like a bug.

"The attacker and the defender are given equal chances of winning; all Minions are considered to attack simultaneously."

I'm not sure about this. I'll have to keep an eye out in my fights, but I'm sure I've seen rounds where (for example) I die due to AMF backlash, and the defenders minions don't attack that round as I'm already dead. If it was simultaneous, the defenders should attack in the round anyway...

In the last round, Talhearn was killed by a combination of AMF and Wlakers GA. Tal's FB killed Walker in the same round. Walker didn't attack with his CoC, which he should have done if they were attacking simultaneously.

Jon took out the excess words when it didn't have any effect on the outcome of the fight. In other words, Walker still attacked but he didn't kill anyone. I think that was a changelog entry a while back.

Yes, a fighter can come back to life via VA.

I think the help file is wrong: the attacker goes first.
Examples:
1) AMF backslash: if the attacker's mage dies from AMF, the defender will not attack that mage
2) CoBF: if the attacker's tank dies from CoBF (I did not check with the new tattoo), the defender will not attack the tank
3) Ax/Exbow: if the attacker drains str/dex, the defender will have lower str/dex immediately.
GA and VA seem to follow the same pattern (but I do not have direct experience).

I thought it might be something like that after posting Almuric. I'll have to check my post fight HPs. I should be easy to calculate whether I actually took a last CoC or not! ;)

OK another example (I've been ubable to reproduce my results to find out if I was taking the damage and it just wasn't showing..)

In the last found of combat, My wall is killed by my own FB. My opponents therefore all attack my Mage. If this was simultaneous, they would have (at least the first minion...) attacked my Wall.
