mchaos/Monty deal (in Public Record)

Monty will be selling items for me for 5% of final cb2 sales price. Essentially it works like this

1. I send Monty an item and he posts it FS.
2. When the sale completes, Monty sends the item to the winner, and the winner sends cb2 to Kiff.
3. I send 5% to Monty

I may specify a minimum acceptable price for a few items, but unless I do so, any sale executed in good faith is acceptable. Monty may at his discretion set min bid, buy now etc.

Restrictions:
Any items not sold must be returned at the end of two weeks. Monty may use the items with his characters during the sale, but may not transfer or loan the items to any other user.

Monty, if this is acceptable, please confirm.

forgot one thing:

payment plans of up to one week interest free are acceptable but no longer. Any payment plan taking longer than one week will accrue 25% interest per week on the remaining balance (in other words, get a loan).
