Maelstrom / Hellblender - Morgul Hammer deal (in Public Record)

As discussed in Nixon Jibfest's thread Free: Morgul Hammer, and according to the Details specified, I have been given Jibfest's Morgul Hammer for a free, indefinite long-term loan.

I agree to all of the terms in the above posts, and I agree that the official owner of the MH is Hellblender (or the next active player in line on the list).

If a time comes when I am no longer actively fighting with the MH, I will send it back to Hellblender.
