Admin help possibly needed (in Public Record)

I am not sure if this will be a problem or not, but:

A week ago I received an email about the pending auto-retirment of my character lockbox due to his horrendous PR/score ratio. I fired all his minions and thought that would solve the problem, since his PR is now 0. However he was just auto-retired and he had several items on him, including a shadow cloak which is in auctions. My questions are:

1. Will this screw up the auction?
2. Can I unretire him in four days to get the other items?
