well yea its pretty easy find this thread that ive been searching for in the CB2 forums it was about other games or something....well anyway in this thread someone posted a site to where you could download old retro games for the SNES and Genesis it also had Emulators and Anime, ive been searching all day and now im bored so you find this thread and link it here and you get the 150k CB2 cash and a shiny new katana. Thanks.

no no no im not asking for a url to those rom sites, i want that thread that someone posted about old SNES games and Sega games with anime and stuff it had stuff like ff3 and romance saga. Also i have both systems and many many many games just that my SNEs and Sega consoles are broke.....so yea find me the thread!

-You've missed the point. It's not that you're asking for an old thread, it's that you're asking for an old thread with the url of a site that makes roms available to download.

-It doesn't really matter that you have the systems. The problem is that the United States (and many other signatories of the Berne Convention) has passed legislation making the act of freely distributing copyrighted material unlawful. Whether or not you own the games in question has no bearing on the situation, only that your method of procuring electronic copies is illegal.

On most of those sites, they say you can only download them if you have the game, if not, delete within 24 hours or so, just as Blp said. So I think he'd be aloowed to use them.
