I am borrowing an axbow from CT long-term paying the transfer fee every week for the loan.
The deal we have made is that I am going to forge it on Sundays to keep it growing with me and not have a crappy axbow :P
CT can ask for the axbow back whenever he likes but the next part stays with the deal.
The added deal to that is that if and when CT decides to sell this axbow he will take off his investment from the Sale price then I get 70% of the profits left as a return on the improvement.
