I will sell my ToA to RequiemForADream in exchange for 60,000 CB$ up front with 140,000 CB$ paid out over the duration of the next 4 days, starting from when he agrees to these terms.
If the money is not paid within 4 days time then RequiemForADream must contact me to rework the deal or else lose his right to the item for trade.
make that 120k down with 100k owed :)
