PR level for 7 BA per ten minutes? (in General)

My next goal is to get my BA allocation down to 7 per ten minutes. Can anyone out there who's recently gone from 8 to 7 tell me a ballpark figure for PR level to make this happen? I know it's a moving target, but it can't be moving that quickly...

mine was around 350k PR and 240k MPR if i remember correctly.
