Potatohead is taking over the loan I had with Adertyui and I will halt all interest as of a few days ago... he has already made a few payments... here is balance and info:
Starting balance was $650,000
Total interest added: $180,810
Payment made by adertyui $150,000
Payments made my potato $90,000
Current balance of loan $590,810
I am going to cut off the last interest posting for the loan of $50,430 on 7/4/05 which brings the balance down to $540,380 to be paid back.
