Stalemate Bug or what? (in General)

The battle reported a stalemate after 25 rounds, but when I looked at the battle there were only 4 rounds that I could see. All minions were dead, so it should have been a draw, I think. Any explanation?

Sounds to me like it was just weaponless enchanters left alive on both sides...

Same opponent again.
This time Don survived and the battle ended in 3 rounds. Don should have won, but it was reported as a staqlemate after 25 rounds!

This is definitely a bug...I think.
