i do believe, like the previous best use of tats post, that vestax would be looking for characters actually using these wasteful tattoo strategies.
Oh, Vestax, you are too funny. (My two nominees are still neck-&-neck really, so I can't choose one quite yet.)
As for best non-use of a tat, the next in this series, the list would be too short for its own 'tread' so I'll give all due respect to Cylo! :)

I'll just point to all those ToJ's that will never be used or recovered and cry.
Oh, and I think the guy using a ToE on expostfacto mustn't know much about how this game works. :)
