It seems to be a new trend for disgruntled ex-players to create new accounts and make annoying changes to the Wiki. Maybe there should be a small waiting period (maybe a couple of weeks?) before new players can edit the Wiki to prevent this from happening.

A small waiting period is a good suggestions IMO, however I don't know how easy it would be to put in place.
Abuse of the wiki page isn't acceptable as it's as much a part of CB as the forum pages - if you see something specific please bring it to the attention of an admin and we will take appropriate action.

If you want to fix this in the Wiki, then please revert to the old version, instead of creating yet another new version of the page...

That's why it's a wiki, either an admin can take a few seconds to revert the page, or the community, which outnumbers the losers that ruin it, can make their own changes to fix it.
You see there will always be crime because there comes a point that adding more law enforcement has such a small effect that no government will spend that kind of money for 100% crime reduction. (plus it would boarder on a total big brother society) There will always be defects in products and percent error in drug tests that we must live with because paying for the extra researchers isn't cost effective.
But a wiki is different. The people who maintain it is everyone that uses it, and people need to understand that. This is how Wikipedia could become what it is today, it's not the administration because you can't pay enough people to fix everything, it's the community itself. This post should not resort to saying that one should wait for an admin to fix it.
Both the recent changes were renaming pages, not changing info in them. Can you revert to an old name without remaning it again? I could only see going back to older versions if they were changes?

You're right. Apparently you can only revert the content, not the title.
Added 24h waiting period before new players may edit the wiki.
