The problem with Farming (in General)

k, so if anyone hasn't realised it by now I am a farmer... I buy/sell farms with the idea of having high enough characters that people will fight them to make me more money...
I'm now at the point of having almost 4 200k+ MPR characters... 1 I am in process of buying, and another is 197k MPR
Why with the low character price market are other's not taking advantage of this...

Well, I've never kept farms. If I had a character I never needed, I sold it for a decent amount of cash. The reason being, farms just don't generate that much cash.
Latest example being my char TheElvenRanger, I sold him for 1.5mil, I don't know how long it would have took for it to gain 1.5mil cash from being farmed.

If you have a mil you can loan it at say 5% per week or use it to buy a farm. Unless your farm can generate 50k a week it isn't really worth it and you might as well keep the money and loan it (although admittedly there is some risk/inconvenience in loaning out money).

Farms don't make as much as they used to, mainly because you get no rewards if you lose the fight.

I don't know how much high level farms generate. My highest only has 100k score, but they (together) usually bring in about 10k a week. I could probably increase that though if I equipped them with remotely decent items, but I don't want to make that investment. Currently they all just have lesser tats and leathers.

But hey, in a hundred weeks, that's a million dollars!
