This is in part out of curiousity, and in part for my own clarification...
Say a player puts something in auction, and it gets bids, and then the seller gets banned for being a multi. The auction still goes through in the end right? I'm assuming that that is one of the safeguards of having the "auctioneer", correct? So does the money simply revert to the Central Bank in that case?
