still the same problems...(to admins) (in Public Record)

Hi, my little bro just created a new hotmail account to see if it would work with a new account but he still has the same problem; it still says there is a server error as soon as he tries to make a fight in the tutorial...I really dont understand what's the problem because me and my other brother had no problem at all since we started to play...Anyway, could one of you check if there could be a problem with the tutorial...

There is no issues with the tutorial, update your java version to the most recent at java.sun.com .
