New Character Problem? (in General)

Okay, I made a new character and I hired 2 minions but, it won't let me fight with him it either says a server error or I haven't finished my last fight. What's going on?

Hmm, I finished my fight and got this "Didn't I say it's not polite to fight more than one battle at a time? You'll have to wait about 10 minutes now for fight to be reenabled.

(Multiple suspensions will result in longer penalties.)"

I had the problem while I had the firewall on, after I turned it off it stopped giving me that msg.
