To AS or not to AS that is the question... (in General)

With the latest change with AS is any1 still going to be using this spell? whats the advantage? and lol what was the advantage from the start? 15% cuts are huge! why not just go straight up with hp? not to mention that DM also kills your AS, so its a 15% kill and a reduction tru DM. any real pain going towards hp?

Hm. The way I see it, if you have a larger minion team, AS is definitely needed - an enormous DM is needed to counter a minion entirely devoted to AS, and having that many HP spread out equally in addition the HP the team already has is more than worthwhile. However, in a 1-2 minion team, of course AS is practically worthless. It is more practical to devote one or two minions entirely to it, however. Dividing it up makes it extremely vulnerable to DM. It just depends on if it is worth it to you to sacrifice a whole minion for the sake of a ton of extra HP. =)
