Economic Clans need more info (in General)

hey I would sure like as much room for our econo clans as the battle clicky clans have..on the page I mean..instead of being reduced to a by line at the bottom.
I would like to see how much some of my clan members have done for a year at least added to the clan page..I ask for so little

Guess I should explain why. I've watched Spaceman when he bragged about getting the clan ownership, and how he never knew who was actually playing. He whines about not knowing who does what all the time.

yup the not knowing sometimes is all that really bothers me :) and so much info here already its a statisticians heaven, unless they are tracking an econo clan..ooops dead end there:)

The econoclan calculations are massively flawed from my understanding. If i loaned $1M and got paid back $1.1M including interest, the stats would indicate that I made $1.1M when I only made 100k. you could spend all day loaning someone money have having them send it back. You'd lose a bit on the xfer fee but your stat would go sky high.

It would also be nice if there were some bonus for being a top econo clan like there is for fighting clans. i suggest that higher ranked clans should get an additional 15% discount on xfer costs, similar to the bonus for fighting clans.

Couldn't agree more. Right now it seems like econoclans are kind of pointless save some extra stats and bragging rights.

Econo Clans I hope aren't done with the minor details that could use some more detailing :) but I still somehow feel like a 2nd class CB citizen in an Econo Clan and I know thats not true.. We are very important to CB in the Big Picture

/me looks through the many posts where it has been explained that all econo-clans get the transfer benefits regardless of position while normal clans have to be in the top bunch to get even a small bonus.
So an extra bonus for position for econo-clans would be OTT.

Now now, Jon. I think I'll have to call you on that one. A one mil loan principle isn't revenue - it's the loan capital. The revenue is the interest charge, and the profit is the interest less the xfer costs. So they're right - recognizing the full 1.1 mil as revenue is over-counting, since the principle returned is not money earned.

a couple definitions for revenue

"resources that are received by an organization in the course of normal business"

"Total value of resources earned or received"

if A sends 100k to B and gets 110k back in a week, it may be obvious to someone reading PR that a loan took place but without that context it's all just money changing hands.

hmmmm the division of revenue from profit might be a tad more than I could ask for right now and seems to me would be rather extensive to separate at this point...But I did notice long ago that if you are in an Econo-Clan and you buy CB2 cash from another thats called revenue and thats fine...Lets keep it simple here for the time being..We might work up to having our own little econo clan page in the future with all the details and trimmings ."One Small step for CB one big leap for CB kind" :)

oh well I will still keep lookin for the 1 year box on my clan stats page and one of these days it might pop up for me :)
