Some guy in Kentucky robbed a hotel, the get away car broke down and they hitchhiked down the highway with the bag of money of his back.
He was picked up by a nice friendly cop who gave him a ride.

I agree.
This has almost nothing to do with the Darwin awards.
Those are awards for people so stupid they remove themselves from the evolution chain so their genes have a bigger chance of dying out.
For that they get the reward post mortem :)
