DM and AS Q (in General)

Is DM applied before AS is cast or after?

DM works against your opponents AS after its casted it lowers it by the amount it doesnt touch your own so if thats what you were asking.

oh your AS is casted but the DM nerfs the AS to its appropriate level depending on everything being casted and its level.
