I've noticed that the max tatt level seems to correspond to what level at tatt can be
eg at very low levels; tatts increase 10 levels at a time; then at some later time 50 levels...
after being at 994,020 then 995,020 then 996,020 I noticed a change to 998,000... does this mean that between 996,020 and 998,000 you will only get nice level tatts without them ending in 020 all the time?
